Manufacturers Pack - DIY Table Lamp Kit - 30 x Tall Cylinder

We have made it easy for you to design and manufacture your table lamps using your covering of choice, any piece of fabric or wallpaper can be used with our manufacturing packs. All the essential components supplied compactly at the most economical rates with full instructions on how to make the table lamp.

What type of lamp holders will fit this lampshade?
The frame is manufactured to fit European lamp holders, and a Converter/Reducer Adaptor plug is supplied fitted to reduce the aperture
so it can fit UK lamp holders.

What size will my covering need to be?
Your covering needs to be 388mm x 512mm to fit over the self-adhesive panel supplied.

90 x White plastic feet covers
30 x Self-adhesive panel (White liner) size 492mm x 368mm includes 14mm kiss cut
 1 x 50mtr rolls of 9mm Tessa Tape ( Apply to rings)
 1 x 25mtr roll of 12mm Seamstick Double-sided tape (Apply to seams)
30 x Rolled edge tool for finishing

Options
Some makers prefer to use Soft Furnishing Bond Tape or Tessa Tape for their seams instead of using Seamstick; therefore, you have the opportunity to exchange the tapes in options above.

Tell me about the components in the box?
The self-adhesive panel is not just a piece of "sticky back plastic" It has been specially manufactured for lampshades. It has many treatments, including "Anti-Static" and "Anti Yellowing and is fire resistant. The frame included is made from top-quality heavy gauge wire and is painted white.

Electrical Fittings
Electrical fittings which comprised of the lamp holder, plug and switched Cable are not included and need to be purchased separately for the UK or European plug and socket types.

The units we sell are thoroughly tested in compliance with EU legislation for health and safety.

How do they fit?
Just connect the lamp holder to the utility ring, fit your bulb, then plug straight into your electrical socket and switch on using the online switch.

Bulb Advice
Maximum Wattage 40watt
We recommend the use of low energy bulbs with your lamp. They use less energy and are cool to the touch.

What about Product Testing and Safety?
The self-adhesive lampshade panel been tested in the Lighting Association Laboratories and has passed the glow wire test which is The British Standard for Luminaries. Any Fabrics, Textiles or Paper that is laminated to our panel will become fire resistant. Click here for test certificates.
