Why do I need a Seam Roller?
The seam roller, also known as wallpaper seam roller, is a small but mighty and essential tool that is really important for making lampshades and should not be missing from your accessory kit.

It helps to achieve a permanently fixed seam on the lampshade by applying pressure

If you are using pressure-sensitive tape (double-sided tape) to seal your lampshade seams, then use this tool to apply pressure to force a strong bond.

How to use
After you have applied the tape to the lampshade and joined the seam, place the lampshade on a clean flat hard surface and use this tool to apply firm even overall pressure along the seam like the image below

A firm even overall pressure is essential.

We recommend using our Seamstick or Tessa tape for secure lampshade seams.
