The panel is self-adhesive both sides and can be used with your coverings of choice - Fabric, Textile or Wallpaper can all be used.
When laminated, your panel becomes flame retardant, and the material has passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association

How do they work?
The student will provide their covering of choice; any fabric or wallpaper can be used.
This covering is laminated to the self-adhesive lampshade panel in packs, and they follow the step by step instructions to make the lampshade. Its a straightforward process which is highly rewarding.
Purpose of the lampshade packs
These packs enable tutors to teach a new skill and run creative workshops, projects and events in educational and social establishments. Lampshade making will engage, excite, inspire and challenge pupils, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to experiment, invent and create their own works of art. Students will acquire a broad range of subject expertise in making the product and draw on many disciplines such as maths, science, computing, art and practical skills.

Your covering needs to be 971mm wide x 220mm to cover the self-adhesive panel supplied
What type of lamp holders will fit this lampshade?
The frame is manufactured to fit European lamp holders, and a Converter/Reducer Adaptor plug is supplied fitted to reduce the aperture
so it can fit UK lamp holders.
