A lamp making ringset is a lampshade that has a built-in stand, so when it's built to your desired height it can be used on any table or floor area.
It's completely self-supporting. Connect your electrics (Lamp holder, Plug and Switched Cable), and you have a fabulous lighting product.

What type of lamp holders will this frame fit?
The frame is manufactured to fit European lamp holders, and a Converter/Reducer Adaptor plug is supplied to reduce the aperture
so it can fit UK lamp holders.

The frameset includes the following
1 x 20cm Lampshade Plain Ring (This is fitted as the top of your Lamp)
1 x 20cm Lampshade Utility Ring with 40mm Legs (This is fitted as the base of your Lamp)
1 x E27/E26 to B22/E14 Lampshade Reducer / Converter Adapter
How high is the Lamp from the surface area ( table or floor)
The gap between the surface area and the lamp frame will be 40mm.
Which is the Height of the legs on the utility ring
How much material do you need / panel sizes
The length needs to be 643mm wide to go around the circumference of the rings
(includes 15mm for the overlap). The height of the panel is determined by you, the height you would like the lampshade to be.

Notes
Rings will have a tiny uncoated spot where the ring has been hooked for spraying; this is not a fault

Lampshade Panels
We can also supply Self Adhesive Lampshade panels to go with the frame; we offer four heights for this frame, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm.
Electrics
We can supply a lamp holder with a fitted plug and switched cable that has been electrically tested.
Once you have built your lamp, you can use this fitting to light it up.
